NYSTEEA’s 63rd Annual Conference
March 19th & 20th at SUNY Poly
The conference is open to all K-16 educators/professionals from different school disciplines, who want to find out the latest developments in technology education and network with other educators and professionals. Attendees will enjoy presentations from Technology & Engineering Teachers across NY state, a reception in close proximity to the venue, professional development/contacts, and numerous commercial exhibits with the latest for the classroom/laboratory.

Bronze Level Registration $500. 1 Table in main corridor of conference, includes 1 lunch ticket for each day and 1 awards dinner ticket
Silver Level Vendor Registration $1000. 2 Tables in main corridor of conference and advertisement at the conference. Includes 2 lunch tickets for each day and 2 awards dinner tickets
Gold Level Vendor Registration $1500. 3 Tables in main corridor of conference, advertisement at the conference, and a speaking opportunity. Includes 3 lunch tickets and 3 awards dinner tickets.

Unless otherwise specified, event registration refunds are subject to a 25% administrative fee. Each event will have a date beyond which refunds will not be honoured.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the NYSTEEA member portal?
Please note that the NYSTEEA member portal is to be used by members of NYSTEEA only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by NYSTEEA staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the NYSTEEA member portal are safe and friendly, NYSTEEA staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted. This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact.
